Our Story
First Task Company Ltd was born from a frustration shared by many African professionals: brilliant skills, global ambition, but no clear pathway to international careers.
Founded in 2018 by a team of recruiters with deep roots in both Africa and Japan, we set out to change that. We built partnerships with Japanese companies hungry for diverse talent, and we developed a rigorous vetting process that identifies the best candidates.
Today, First Task Company Ltd has placed over 500 professionals across Japan, Singapore, the UK, and the UAE — and we're just getting started.
